Product Description
The Electromagnetic Flow Meter from Broil Sensotek Industries is a high-performance flow measurement instrument designed for conductive liquids such as water, wastewater, chemicals, slurries, acids, alkalis, dairy products, and pharmaceutical fluids. Operating on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction, the flow meter accurately measures volumetric flow without moving parts, resulting in excellent reliability, minimal maintenance, and negligible pressure loss. Available in both integral (inbuilt display) and remote transmitter configurations, the flow meter provides a digital intelligent display for real-time flow rate, totalized flow, and diagnostics. It supports advanced industrial communication protocols including 4–20 mA, Pulse, Frequency, RS-485, HART, and Alarm outputs, enabling seamless integration with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Industrial IoT systems. Optional BTU (Heat Energy) measurement with dual temperature sensors is available for HVAC and thermal energy monitoring applications. The instrument offers extensive material options, including SS316, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Titanium, Tantalum, and Platinum electrodes, along with PTFE, PFA, Rubber, and Ceramic liners, making it suitable for highly corrosive and abrasive process fluids. It is available for pipe sizes ranging from DN12 to DN2500, supports operating pressures up to 70 bar, and temperatures up to 180°C. Protection options include IP65, IP68, Ex db, and Ex ia, ensuring reliable operation in harsh and hazardous industrial environments.
