The Thermal Mass Flow Meter from Broil Sensotek Industries is an advanced flow measurement instrument designed for the precise measurement of air and industrial gases using the thermal heat transfer principle. Unlike conventional volumetric flow meters, it directly measures mass flow without requiring additional pressure or temperature compensation, making it ideal for energy monitoring and process control applications. Available in inline and insertion models, the flow meter is suitable for pipe sizes ranging from DN25 to DN10000. It supports operating temperatures up to 350°C for high-temperature applications and features an integrated display with communication options including HART, RS-485, Pulse, Alarm, and 4–20 mA outputs. The meter is designed with corrosion-resistant materials such as SS304, SS316, Hastelloy, PTFE lining, and Tantalum, ensuring long-term reliability even in aggressive gas environments. With no moving parts, the Thermal Mass Flow Meter offers low maintenance, excellent repeatability, minimal pressure loss, and accurate measurement of compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, biogas, natural gas, and other industrial gases.
