The Digital Turbine Flow Meter from Broil Sensotek Industries is a precision velocity-based liquid flow meter designed for accurate measurement of low-viscosity conductive and non-conductive liquids. It operates by converting the rotational speed of a precision turbine rotor into an electronic signal, which is processed by an intelligent transmitter to provide real-time flow rate, totalized flow, and process data on an integrated digital display. The instrument features a high-visibility LCD display with instantaneous and cumulative flow indication, data logging capabilities, and optional pressure and temperature compensation. It supports multiple industrial communication protocols including Pulse, 4–20 mA, RS-485, HART, and Alarm outputs, enabling seamless integration with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Industrial IoT systems. Available in battery-powered and externally powered versions, it provides reliable operation for both remote and fixed installations. Constructed using SS304, SS316, Cast Steel, and PTFE-lined materials, the digital turbine flow meter is suitable for demanding industrial environments.
