High Temperature Frequency sweep Microwave Level Switch

The High Temperature Frequency Sweep Microwave Level Switch from Brotek Instruments provides dependable point level detection in extreme process conditions. It delivers reliable switching for liquids, powders, and solids up to 250°C, unaffected by foam, viscosity, or conductivity.

Product Description

The High Temperature Frequency Sweep Microwave Level Switch from Brotek Instruments is a heavy-duty point level detection solution engineered for high-temperature and hazardous industrial applications. Utilizing advanced frequency sweep microwave technology, the switch accurately detects the presence or absence of liquids, powders, granules, slurries, and bulk solids by analyzing microwave signal reflections. Unlike conventional level switches, its measurement is unaffected by foam, viscosity, conductivity, residue, or material buildup, ensuring dependable performance in the most demanding process environments. Specifically designed for extreme operating conditions, the switch is available with threaded, tri-clamp, sanitary clamp, welding sleeve, and flanged process connections, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial installations. Constructed with an SS316L enclosure and a PEEK sensing element, it supports process temperatures up to 250°C while maintaining excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and aggressive media. The adjustable switching point and universal design allow one device to replace multiple conventional technologies such as vibrating fork, capacitance, and float level switches. The switch offers NO, NC, NPN, PNP, and Relay outputs for seamless integration with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems. Certified with Explosion-Proof (Ex), SIL, CE, and IP66/IP67 approvals, it is ideal for chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, power plants, water treatment, mining, and high-temperature storage vessels where reliable point level detection is essential for high-level alarms, low-level alarms, and pump dry-run protection.
