The 6 GHz Radar Level Gauge from Brotek Instruments is a reliable non-contact level measurement solution designed for continuous monitoring of liquids, pastes, granules, powders, and block materials. Operating at 6 GHz microwave frequency, it utilizes pulse radar technology to measure the time taken by microwave signals to travel to the material surface and return, ensuring stable and accurate level measurement without direct contact with the process medium. Designed to perform under challenging industrial conditions, the transmitter is suitable for applications involving large temperature and pressure variations, inert gases, volatile media, corrosive liquids, and viscous products. It is available with rod and horn antennas in PTFE, stainless steel, and special metal constructions, providing compatibility with a wide variety of process materials. The low-energy microwave beam allows installation on both metallic and non-metallic tanks without affecting personnel or the environment. The radar level gauge supports 4–20 mA/HART output, programmable LCD display, and both 2-wire and 4-wire power options for easy integration with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
