The Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter from Brotek Instruments is a high-precision level measurement solution designed for continuous monitoring of liquids, slurries, powders, and bulk solids. Operating on Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology, the transmitter guides low-frequency microwave pulses along a probe and measures the return time of the reflected signal to accurately determine the material level. This technology provides dependable measurements even under challenging process conditions such as foam, vapor, turbulence, pressure variations, and low dielectric media. Operating at a frequency of 500 MHz to 1.8 GHz, the transmitter is available with single rod, single cable, coaxial tube, and PTFE/PVDF coated probes, making it suitable for a wide variety of tank geometries and industrial applications. Its measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in pressure, temperature, density, or conductivity, ensuring stable and repeatable performance in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments.
