FLUX / ELECTRODE DRYING OVEN
The Flux / Electrode Drying Oven is a specialized industrial heating system designed to bake, dry, and recondition welding flux and electrodes. It strictly prevents moisture absorption, ensuring compliance with AWS and ASME welding standards.
Product Description
Flux / Electrode Drying Oven is a highly specialized industrial thermal processing unit engineered for the critical task of baking, drying, and reconditioning welding flux and electrodes prior to use. Welding flux is highly hygroscopic; if it absorbs atmospheric moisture, it directly introduces hydrogen into the weld pool, causing severe defects such as porosity, hydrogen-induced cracking, and ultimate weld failure. Our drying ovens strictly eliminate this risk. Designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, these ovens feature customizable heating ranges from 50°C to 600°C. The internal chamber is meticulously heated via specially designed, large-surface-area Stainless Steel Tubular, Fin, or Nichrome Wire heaters to prevent any localized burnout. To ensure absolute thermal uniformity, forced air circulation is driven by heavy-duty axial flow or centrifugal blowers, with customizable cross-flow or vertical airflow systems based on the specific product load.
