Flux Heating Oven is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted, hopper-style electric oven engineered specifically for the critical task of drying, rebaking, and holding granulated submerged arc welding flux. When welding flux absorbs moisture from the atmosphere, it introduces hydrogen into the weld pool, causing severe structural defects. Our Flux Ovens eliminate this risk by maintaining the flux at highly precise temperatures ranging from ambient up to 400°C. Designed for maximum operational efficiency on the factory floor, the oven features a top-loading mechanism for easy filling and a bottom outlet valve designed to dispense flux smoothly and completely without clogging. To prevent localized burning or thermal degradation of the flux, the internal chamber is expertly engineered so that there is absolutely no direct contact between the flux and the internal electrical heaters. The usable inner chamber is constructed from high-grade SS 304 material to prevent any contamination of the flux material.
