Tray Dryer Oven is a heavy-duty, conventional drying system engineered for maximum efficiency in pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, and textile manufacturing. Operating on the principle of forced convection, a high-efficiency heavy-duty blower evenly circulates hot air over multiple loaded trays, guaranteeing completely uniform drying of wet products such as powders, granules, and herbal extracts. Constructed for maximum thermal retention, the double-walled body is fabricated from CRCA Sheet steel, with the gap tightly packed with glass wool insulation to completely eliminate heat loss. The interior is coated with Heat Resistant Aluminum Paint (or pharmaceutical-grade SS304/SS316 polished finishes) to easily withstand long-duration industrial heating cycles. Tubular air heaters are strategically placed in the moving air path and safely interlocked with the blower. A microprocessor-based PID control panel provides highly precise thermal management.
