Sensewell’s FLP Digital Multichannel Temperature Indicator is a highly robust, multi-zone temperature monitoring system engineered specifically for deployment in hazardous, explosive, or highly volatile industrial environments. Housed in a heavy-duty, certified Flameproof (FLP) enclosure, this unit ensures absolute protection against explosive gases, volatile dust, and aggressive chemical atmospheres. Designed for maximum operational safety and efficiency, the multichannel system allows operators to monitor multiple temperature points (typically 4, 6, 8, 12, or 16 channels) from a single, centralized unit. It features a high-brightness dual LED display showing both the Process Value (PV) and the active channel number. Operators can utilize automatic scanning with programmable dwell times or manually toggle through channels via rugged push-buttons. Highly versatile, it seamlessly accepts standard RTDs (Pt100) and various Thermocouple inputs, making it an indispensable safety instrument for petrochemical plants, oil refineries, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
