Sensewell’s Acrylic Rotameters are highly durable flow measurement devices, precision-machined directly from solid, clear acrylic blocks. This single-block construction provides maximum operational visibility, exceptional ruggedness, and a streamlined, modular appearance. Engineered for precise flow control, these rotameters are fitted with high-quality needle valves and stable floats (available in Stainless Steel, Teflon, or PVC) to ensure highly accurate readings. In larger models, specialized guide rods are provided to maintain absolute float stability under high-velocity flows. Due to their neat, modular design, these units are ideal for direct panel mounting, though standard inline installation is equally supported. Each unit is individually calibrated at our works using air and water at standard conditions, utilizing highly reliable empirical conversions to calibrate for other specialized industrial fluids.
