Sensewell’s Reflex and Transparent Level Indicators are robust, direct-reading liquid level measurement instruments engineered specifically for demanding industrial applications involving high pressures and extreme temperatures. These units provide a highly reliable, visual verification of fluid levels directly at the tank or vessel. Reflex Type Indicators utilize a single-sided reflex glass and a heavy-duty cover plate with a slotted window. The internal prism structure of the glass causes the liquid portion to appear starkly dark while the vapor/gas portion reflects light (appearing silvery-white), making it extremely easy to read the liquid level at a glance from a distance. Transparent Type Indicators feature heavy-duty cover plates and toughened glass on both the front and back of the gauge, with a center-slotted window. This allows light to pass entirely through the gauge, making it ideal for direct observation of fluid color, clarity, liquid-liquid interfaces, or when paired with an Illuminator accessory for dark environments.
