Sensewell’s Tubular Type Level Indicator is a simple, highly reliable instrument engineered for direct liquid level reading in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications (up to 5 Kg/cm²). Designed as a safer, modern alternative, these indicators completely eliminate the problematic threaded joints found in conventional gauge glass cocks, which are notorious for hazardous chemical leaks that can damage surrounding equipment and endanger human life. The indicator features top and bottom liquid chambers machined from solid bar stock. The core of the unit, a boiler-quality Borosilicate glass tube, is fully encased and protected by an ultra-rugged box section made from 2mm thick Stainless Steel (S.S.) C-channel. This protective housing is so strong that the glass remains perfectly intact even if a person stands directly on the supported indicator. Significantly lighter than Reflex or Transparent gauges, this unit offers exceptional durability, positive leak tightness via 100% PTFE (Teflon) packing, and simple installation for continuous process monitoring.
