These advanced heaters consist of circular alumina ceramic discs that safely encase heavy-duty resistance heating elements. They are frequently paired with protective radiant tubes to maximize radiant heat transfer while simultaneously protecting the internal core from refractory corrosion, oxidation, and gas impurities. Constructed using specialized materials like ferritic alloys (capable of reaching 1250°C) or nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys (up to 1100°C), bundle heaters ensure extreme durability under the harshest thermal conditions.
