Industrial Band & Cast-In Heaters
A versatile range of high-performance heaters including Cast-In, Mica Band, and Ceramic Band configurations. Engineered for uniform heat transfer, rapid heat-up times, and continuous high-temperature industrial processes.
Product Description
Our premium selection of industrial heaters includes three highly specialized configurations designed for precise thermal processing across various applications: Cast-In Heaters Precision-engineered by casting resistance elements (typically nickel-chrome) into aluminum, bronze, or other alloys. They provide incredibly uniform heat transfer and are ideal for applications requiring complex shapes or high thermal conductivity. Operating at temperatures up to 1200°F (649°C), they are widely used in plastic and metal processing. Mica Band Heaters Cost-effective and highly efficient solutions for heating cylindrical surfaces. Utilizing mica sheets as insulation with embedded nickel-chrome resistance wires encased in a stainless-steel sheath (typically SS 304). Operating up to 900°F (482°C), they offer fast heat-up times with a maximum surface loading of 8 W/cm². Energy-saving models include ceramic fiber-insulated jackets, reducing heat loss by approximately 20%. Ceramic Band Heaters Advanced heating elements designed for high-temperature and energy-efficient operations. Constructed with nickel-chrome resistance wires wound through interlocking ceramic tiles and insulated with high-temperature fiber, encased in a durable metal sheath (stainless or aluminized steel). Their unique design delivers excellent heat retention and uniform heat distribution while minimizing heat loss and power consumption, making them perfect for continuous industrial processes.
